A dear friend created a series of assignments for me as a fun creative challenge. This is the first one! She asked me to explore playing with animating properties in After Effects, specifically rotation, by creating a short video on the solar system.

The planets (including tiny Pluto!) were made in Adobe Illustrator. Check out the designs below! Using effects, masks, expressions, and keyframe animation, I made the twinkling starry night, the introduction sequence, the rotating planets, and the credits.
